By creating an account, purchasing, or accessing any product on Target1st (prep.target1st.in), you agree to the following terms.

1. Digital access only. All products are digital — online mock tests accessed through your account. No physical goods are shipped, and nothing is delivered by email.
2. One account, personal use. Access is licensed to the registered account holder only, for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing your login credentials, or your unlocked bundle access, with another person is prohibited and may result in account suspension without refund.
3. Payments. All payments are processed via Razorpay. Target1st does not see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. Transactions are in INR.
4. Access activation. Bundle access is unlocked automatically in your account within moments of a successful payment. If access does not appear within 1 hour of a successful payment, contact us via Telegram or email with your payment ID — see our Refund Policy for what happens next.
5. Accuracy of content. While we keep mock tests aligned to the latest known exam pattern, we do not guarantee exam selection or results. Our tests are study aids, not a promise of outcome.
6. Leaderboard & public data. If you attempt a test, your name and score may appear on that test's public leaderboard, visible to other students who attempt the same test. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Changes. We may update these terms as the platform grows (e.g. adding new content formats beyond mock tests). Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
